Highly Recommend. Juan is a true pro. His crew did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail was beyond expectation. Juan was patient with us when an unexpected delay halted the project after work was scheduled. Once delay was resolved he had us back on schedule in three days.
Provided information as requested for size of work. Really needed a professional to measure, but I did my best. Was told he would get back with me. That was over a month ago.Got 2 stars as at least he responded to my web request. Others failed to even do that.
I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with Juan and his crew. He has the utmost integrity and professionalism when approaching a job. His work and that of his crew was exceptional. I am very detail oriented and like solid results. I believe Juan has the same expectations on every job he completes. Juan and his crew are THEE best ! Juan is an extraorinary leader and businessman. He wreaks integrity. He is fair, competent, timely customer service oriented and a pleasure with whom to do business i would not choose anyone else for tile installation. Refreshing Promises a lot but does even more.
